This note explains what happens to the details you share through our inquiry form. In short: we use them only to reply to you, and nothing else.
Who we are
LUMIVI’E, Beauty Supply France, is the controller of the details you share here. You can reach us any time at bonjour@lumiebeauty.fr.
What we collect
Only what you type into the inquiry form: your name, a phone number and/or an email, and any message you add. No tracking cookies, no hidden collection.
Why, and on what basis
To reply to your request and help arrange your order. The legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the box and submit the form.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need to handle your request and follow up reasonably, after which we delete it.
Who sees it
Only the maison. We never sell or share your details. A trusted provider may help us receive or store the message (messaging, hosting), bound to confidentiality.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Just email us. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
